| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Compact Digital Camera FS10 - 28mm Wide-angle 5x Optical Zoom LUMIX DC Lens and iA (Intelligent Auto) Mode with Advanced Scene Detection. The DMC-FS10's large 2.7-inch LCD features high 230,000-dot resolution Intelligent LCD. It automatically adjusts the brightness in 11 steps according to shooting conditions. This LCD provides sharp, clear images in virtually all shooting situations, ranging from nighttime to bright daylight scenes. In addition, the High-angle Mode makes the display extremely easy to view from a low angle, for example, when taking photos by raising your hand upward to capture the subject over the crowd.

| Customer Reviews: Fantastic camera. June 22, 2010 British_Babe (U.K) 13 out of 13 found this review helpful
What can I say about this awesome camera? I wanted one that was small and lightweight and able to produce good pictures. This was the perfect choice.
It has many different shooting modes to choose from which are easy to select and you'll find one to suit most weather conditions/activities/purposes. For each mode, there's a quick summary of what it does - helpful when trying to find the best one to use.
It's quick to set up as soon as you open the box. Although it doesn't come with a memory card, you can buy them quite cheap from most places and the camera also has in-built memory, for when the SD card is full (40mb I think it is). Once the battery pack is charged (which didn't take long at all) the camera is ready to go.
Highly recommended!
Good choice August 14, 2010 V. Bradley (Italy) I hesitated a long time before choosing this camera but found it to be the best for the price. I am very pleased with the result and I recommend it if you're aiming mostly at snap shots: a good zoom, clear photos, easy to use (once you get used to handling a small camera), a good size screen and the automatic settings seem to do the trick.
I didn't give it 5 stars as the time between shots is a little long and you have to depress the shutter to focus before each shot.
The colour? Well, I won't loose it and my grand'daughters love it!!
Teething problems August 24, 2010 O.A.P. 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
The camera is very easy to handle and easy to understand even for a novice, I have yet to wade my way through theinstruction book for the finer details.but this does not stop me from using the camera. However the USB Lead would not download my pictures for me and I had to go to a camera shop for advice and was told that the USB lead was faulty. I contacted Panasonic and was informed (it is in the warranty leaflet if you read it carefully) that it did not come under the warranty so would have to buy one. The memory card would not work on my computer (it isnt modern enough) so was stuck with my pictures in the camera. I have now bought a card reader which now lets me put my pictures on to the computer. I did e mail Amazon for advice as I only purchsed the camers in late June, but the e mail was ignored.
